E23Luz
Apartment E23 has two bedrooms: a king size double bedroom with en-suite and a bedroom with two single beds. The modern kitchen is well equipped and there's a spacious lounge & dining area which leads to the patio offering a wonderful view over Luz. E23 is a few mins walk from the centre of Luz with many bars and restaurants to frequent.
Master Bedroom
The master en-suite bedroom has a king size bed furnished with a quilt and covers from John Lewis.
There is a spacious built-in wardrobe.
Full height doors open to the balcony overlooking the sea where a side table and chairs are located.
Master Bedroomen-suite
The en-suite has a bath with overhead shower. A hot towel rail and an illuminated mirror.
Bedroom 2
There are two single beds in bedroom 2, furnished with quilts and covers from John Lewis.
There is a spacious built-in wardrobe and a full length wall mirror.
Both bedrooms have black out blinds as well as curtains.
Kitchen
The kitchen has the following integrated appliances: fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
The cooker offers both gas and electric hobs.
Lounge & dining area
The lounge has a dining table, 4 chairs & bench. There's a 4 seater settee, egg chair with footstool, comfy chair with footstool, side tables, lights & a wood burning fireplace.
The television has a wide selection of channels including UK. There is Apple TV. A Bose Sounddock for connection to your iPhone (35pin). WiFi throughout the house.
The large double glass doorway leads to the patio with fabulous views of the beach, sea and Rocha Negra.
The patio has two loungers, a sun umbrella for sun worshiping and a table & four chairs for outside dining.

The family bathroom has a walk in shower, illuminated mirror, heater, sink & toilet.
Patio
The patio has amazing views over Luz: the sea, the Roman Ruins and Rocha Negra (Black Rock). There is a table & four chairs for dining. Two sun loungers and an umbrella for sun worshiping. And a small table with two chairs outside the master bedroom.
