E23 is located in the beautiful town of Luz in the western Algarve approximately 55 minutes from Faro airport via the A22 toll road. 

When we first visited E23 we were blown away by the amazing views overlooking the sea, Rocha Negra (Black Rock), the beach and the Roman Ruins. We loved the place so much that we bought it and spent five months renovating the property extensively with the goal of making the view the main focus of the apartment. E23 offers modern, comfortable and spacious accommodation just a few mins walk from the centre of Luz.
